If you can not remove KingRoot, please try to force stop KingRoot, clear data of it and root device again. Then click Unisatll KingRoot button immediately in the General setting. If you want to update your system. Please also uncheck Backup Root option during uninstall KingRoot process when Unistall KingRoot window pop up. What's more, please close Keep Root access switch in the General Setting menu of Purify(If you installed) and reboot your device. If you still can not update your system, please contact manufacturer service of your device.
